Yes. We guide you before, during and after your move. From the preparation and the practical things to sort before you leave, to your BSN registration, your residence permit where one is needed, and your Dutch bank account once you arrive. And we are still there for you once you have started work.
Yes, you can. If a particular role needs specific Dutch terminology, we always say so up front. In some cases you also get the chance to learn it as you start or while you work, so you know exactly what is expected of you before you begin.
Yes. We arrange a contract that gives you certainty, so you travel to the Netherlands with confidence and know where you stand before you go.
Yes, always, and that will not change. There is no registration fee, no placement fee, and nothing deducted from your wage for our service. We are paid by the employer. If anyone ever asks you to pay to get a job, it is not us.
A BSN is your Dutch citizen service number, and yes, you need one to work and be paid here. You get it by registering at the municipality, which normally means an appointment and a valid passport or ID. We tell you which municipality, help you book the appointment and explain what to bring, so you are not working it out from a government website in a language you do not read.
Yes. Behind Workays sits a professional backoffice working to the standards of the ABU quality mark. That means contracts, terms of employment and processes meet clear quality requirements, and are audited against them. So you know everything is properly arranged.
