We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible technical specialist with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Someone who enjoys tackling a wide range of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks involving buildings, household furnishings, technical equipment and outdoor areas.

What you'll do

Measure and adjust pool and jacuzzi water daily
Clean and maintain jacuzzis and pool equipment
Fix electrics, taps and other building faults
Repair doors, furniture and other woodwork in the 124 holiday homes
Keep the green areas around the resort tidy
Log preventive checks and follow up on repairs
Lead and support the technical service team day to day
Take on-call standby duty one weekend in every three

About the role

You have practical experience with electrical and water-related maintenance, including swimming pool water testing, jacuzzi cleaning, and equipment maintenance. You are also hands-on and confident working with wood and carrying out carpentry-related tasks.

Because of the varied nature of the role, you are willing to work flexible shifts, including on-call and weekend duties. The on-call/weekend service is scheduled once every three weeks. As Head of Technical Services at Dormio, you will work both independently and as part of the Technical Services team. You will take responsibility for ensuring that technical issues are resolved efficiently and that our facilities, equipment, and accommodations remain safe, functional, and well maintained.
