What you'll do
- Operating and monitoring the production line;
- Checking quantities, dosages, and the production process;
- Adjusting settings or the process as needed;
- Preparing and processing dough and fillings, including apple filling;
- Performing various tasks on the assembly line;
- Inspecting products and recording production results;
- Working in accordance with applicable safety, quality, hygiene, and food safety regulations;
- Applying HACCP and occupational health and safety guidelines while performing your duties;
- Cleaning machines, equipment, and the production area;
- Contributing to a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

About the role
Every day, this bakery produces large quantities of cakes and other pastry products for supermarkets, the hospitality industry, and foodservice. Thanks to a combination of craftsmanship and modern machinery, the products are produced, processed, and packaged on a large scale.
As a production worker, you’ll be involved in the entire production process. You’ll be active on the shop floor, ensuring that the production line runs smoothly and that the products meet quality standards.
You’ll be involved in various aspects of the production process. You’ll operate the machines, monitor production, and intervene when necessary. For example, if you notice a deviation in the process or a technical malfunction occurs, you’ll take action to get production back on track as quickly as possible. You’ll also ensure that machines, materials, and your workspace remain clean and tidy.
